Before Daysprings Psychiatry & Wellness provides any treatment or intervention, we let our clients undergo an initial comprehensive psychiatric assessment and diagnosis. This is to help us understand, identify, and manage the psychiatric problem presented appropriately.
Our providers conduct assessments through our clients’ biographical information, interviews, direct observations, data and results from psychological tests, etc. Then after a thorough evaluation of the data on hand, our providers cross-examine if a client’s symptoms match the criteria of any mental disorder. A diagnosis is then made of the client’s behavioral, emotional, or developmental problems.
Daysprings Psychiatry & Wellness aims for uninterrupted treatment and interventions to prevent our clients’ symptoms and conditions from aggravating. One of the treatments given to people with psychiatric problems is psychiatric medications, and we render our medication management service to make this happen.
Through our medication management service, we work together with our clients to ensure our clients don’t miss a thing when it comes to their medications. We also ensure that the medications our clients take are still viable for the level of their conditions.
Daysprings Psychiatry & Wellness specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a collaborative and solution-focused approach to mental health treatment. Through comprehensive psychological evaluations, we work with clients to identify distorted thinking patterns and behavioral challenges that impact their emotional well-being. Our goal is to help individuals gain awareness of their thoughts and behaviors, empowering them to set personalized treatment goals.
CBT is highly effective in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance dependency, persistent pain, disordered eating, sexual issues, and anger management.
During CBT sessions, our therapists employ various techniques such as journaling, challenging beliefs, relaxation exercises, meditation, mindfulness practices, and social, physical, and cognitive exercises. These techniques help individuals develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and enhance emotional regulation.
Our structured CBT sessions ensure that therapy is focused, goal-oriented, and productive. By engaging in cognitive restructuring and implementing practical tools learned in therapy, clients can make significant strides in managing their symptoms, improving their quality of life, and achieving lasting emotional wellness.

We offer pharmacogenomic testing that helps understand how your genes might affect your reaction to medications. By analyzing specific genetic variations in your DNA, this test can identify the safest and most effective medications for you. This personalized approach can guide your healthcare provider in choosing the right treatment for psychiatric conditions, especially if you have tried different medications and are looking for the best one for your symptoms. Your provider will review the results with you, and the test is covered by most insurance plans.
